Hey, I made crypto transfer for promotion. It was successfully sent. 
But I can't find how I can use it for promotion. It says: When we receive the money we'll manually set up a $50 promo campaign. But I didn't choose what beat I want to promo

Hi! I see your crypto payment came through. For promotion we add these funds to your account within 24 hours (usually  faster).

So now that you have added the crypto money to your wallet, you can use the money to purchase promotion or services:

1) Go to your artist dashboard
2) Go to "Promote" and select the promotion (usually "banner promotion")
3) Set the song and amount
4) Click "proceed to payment"

So far that's just the regular way you purchase promotion anyway. Now, when you click "proceed to payment"...

5) You see "Pay with your SoundClick wallet" as an option.

When you select to pay with the wallet, the promotion is added and the amount you selected is deducted from your wallet balance. You don't need to spend it all on one campaign, you can select any amount you like for the promotion.
